1. Introduction

These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the cohorta-ai.com website, the Along app and the Cohorta SignalMap platform (together, the "Services") operated by Cohorta AI ("the Company"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse the site and use the Services for legitimate personal or business purposes. You may not: large-scale scrape or automate downloads of content, reverse-engineer the code, attempt to bypass security or privacy controls, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose or one that harms third-party rights.

3. Intellectual property, copyright

The code, content, design and interface of the Services are protected by copyright, which subsists automatically in the work from the moment of creation, with no registration required. All rights belong to the Company (or its licensors) and are reserved.

4. Intellectual property, trade secret

The Company's algorithms, architecture, models, data pipelines and engineering methods constitute trade secret. Such information is kept confidential, access is restricted by role, and third-party collaborations are governed by NDAs. Any use, disclosure or copying without written consent is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property, trademark

"Cohorta AI", "Along" and "Cohorta SignalMap", the logo (the C mark and lockup), the slogan "Patient journeys · Real-world intelligence" and other brand elements are trademarks of the Company, whether registered or not. They may not be used without prior written consent, except for fair nominative reference to the Company and its Services.

6. Not medical advice

The Services, including Along, are not a medical device, do not diagnose, and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For any medical concern consult a qualified clinician.

7. Reliance and third-party content

Content in the Services is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Third-party links and content are provided for convenience only and are not under the Company's control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts (if any) paid to the Company in the 12 months preceding the event.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
