1. Who we are

Cohorta AI ("we", "us", "the Company") operates the cohorta-ai.com website, the Along app, and the Cohorta SignalMap platform. We take privacy seriously, not as a marketing slogan but as an architecture.

2. What we collect

On the site: minimal usage data (pages viewed, language, device) via essential cookies and analytics. From the contact form: the name, email, organization, and message you choose to submit. In Along: only data you provide with consent (symptoms, journal entries, voice-companion exchanges). Any raw identifying data stays with you or on your device.

3. How we use it

Only anonymized, aggregate, consented signals ever flow onward into the insights platform (Cohorta SignalMap). No PII in any table. No drill-through to a single patient. A k≥10 cohort floor. Differential privacy (ε=1.0). Every access is logged.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site operation (language, accessibility preferences) and minimal analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can decline or delete cookies via your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent triggers a purge within 24 hours. For requests: privacy@cohorta-ai.com.

6. Retention and international transfer

Personal data is retained only while consent is active or a legal obligation exists. Our cloud infrastructure may sit in different jurisdictions (including the EU, US and Israel); transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (DPAs, SCCs).

7. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control and access logging. Report a privacy concern: privacy@cohorta-ai.com.

We will update this policy when necessary. The last-updated date is shown at the top.
